Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permissions, and copyrights for content used on the website.
The client must review and approve all project deliverables, provide feedback promptly, and adhere to agreed-upon timelines.
The client is responsible for providing timely and constructive feedback to ensure smooth project progress.
Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees and charges as outlined in the project agreement or proposal.
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payment, will be specified in the project agreement.
In the event of any additional services or changes requested by the client, the associated costs will be communicated and agreed upon separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the company assigns all rights and ownership of the developed website to the client, except for any pre-existing third-party software or materials used.
The client grants the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use client-provided materials for the purpose of developing the website.
The client retains ownership of all content, data, and materials provided for the website.
Confidentiality
Both the client and the company agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the website, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Termination
Upon termination, the client will pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
Either party may terminate the project or services upon written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under these Terms.
